Design Collab Commerical Printing License

This license is only valid for the designs listed in the collab and permits the use of designs for printing. It allows up to 2,000 printed products or 100 yards of fabric across all files in the collaboration.

Permitted Uses:

• Selling transfers (DTF, screenprint, sublimation, waterslide decals, vinyl decals, HTV vinyl, fabric, tattoos, stencils, stickers, UV decals, etc.)
• Use by manufacturers within the US and Canada only (no overseas use)

Restrictions:

• Do not allow fabric shops to reuse files for resale.
  
• Files can be sent to printers, but there must be proof that they do not reuse the file to print products for others. 
• Seamless files cannot be used to create other designs or alpha sets, only for digital papers under design elements.
• You may not create another digital product from this file.
• Do not alter, modify, or create new digital designs for sale.
• Do not transfer, share, copy, gift, or resell the digital file.
• Do not use designs on third-party print-on-demand sites.
• Do not claim the designs as your own or share them for printing without purchase.

Additional Terms:

• License is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Ownership of designs remains with the original creator.
• Designs and licenses cannot be shared.
• You are responsible for checking trademarks for any words in the designs.
• Use reputable transfer printers and watermark images when sharing.
• Coupons and sales do not apply to license purchases.
