  • ALL ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE ARE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT. 


== Permitted Usage of Digital Download Files ==

  • Small business and personal use are allowed to create physical, completed products for sale (e.g., shirts, mugs, coasters, bags, puzzles, dish towels).
  • Files can be used for DTF, sublimation, direct-to-garment printing, and screen printing created at home.
  • A commercial license is required for selling any type of transfer (DTF, screenprint, sublimation, waterslide decals, vinyl decals, HTV vinyl, fabric, tattoos, stencils, stickers, UV decals, etc.).
  • Digital files must be used by manufacturers in the US and/or Canada and cannot be sent overseas.
  • Ensure fabric shops do not reuse files to sell to others.
  • If sending a file to someone else for printing, they must purchase the file and license directly from me.
  • Seamless files cannot be used to create other designs or alpha sets; only the digital papers listed under design elements may be used.

 

== Restrictions on Digital Download Files ==

    • You may NOT use this file to create another digital product (e.g., PNG/SVG/EPS/AI files, digital downloads).
    • You may NOT alter, modify, or use the designs to create any new digital design for sale.
    • You may NOT transfer, share, copy, gift, or resell this digital file (e.g., drives, stock resource websites).
    • You may NOT use the designs on third-party printing/print-on-demand sites (e.g., Printful, Zazzle, Redbubble, StickerMule, Cafe Press, Amazon Merch).
    • You may NOT claim the art as your own or email the file to others for printing; they must purchase the design themselves.

     

IMPORTANT Every effort has been made to represent the true colors of this file. Please note that the colors shown in the mockups may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor settings or the printing software and equipment used. We recommend checking color settings to ensure the best possible print result. Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their printing settings are correct. While I have taken care to ensure the colors and clarity of my designs are accurate, variations may occur due to individual printer settings or software, which are beyond my control.
  • Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds and returns are not accepted. 
  • Custom Designs, Exclusive Designs, and Logos/Branding packages have a 7-10 business day turnaround time.
  • Designs cannot be resold, shared, or given away, and cannot be used in part or whole to create new designs for sale.
  • Emails and website messages will be answered within 24 hours. Available Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm MST. Weekend responses may be delayed.

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DIGITAL PURCHASE

  • Due to the digital nature of these designs, refunds and exchanges are not offered. This is a digital file, so nothing will be mailed to you.
  • All images published on your small business website or mockups MUST be properly watermarked.

Disclaimer:

  • We do not exchange designs for other products. This policy applies to Dollar Deals, Freebie Fridays, Power Hours, and our regularly priced digital designs.
  • Discounts from Buy More Save More, Dollar Deals, Power Hours, and Freebie Friday are not applicable to custom designs, exclusives, logo & branding packages, and design drives.

Please read and understand the shop policies and item descriptions before completing your order. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you fail to read the policies or descriptions. If you violate these terms, you will be held legally liable for any damages and restitution.
